The driveway required a complete overhaul, new fencing, brickwork to steps, block paving and Sandstone paving Pathway and steps. The driveway is quite heavily sloped so a 45-degree herringbone pattern was used on the driveway to give the best interlocking system to the driveway. The brick-faced steps and Sandstone steps highlighted the main entranceway and brought the character to this driveway.

The back garden patio was a like for like replacement on the footprint. Indian Sandstone paving was laid in coursed rows and semi-circular steps constructed as a feature. Both areas required independent drainage.
