A partially covered pergola roof creates a sense of enclosure without isolating the space, allowing it to remain visually connected to the wider garden. Integrated lighting ensures the area is equally effective for evening use.
Raised planting beds were constructed to soften the built elements and introduce seasonal interest. A horizontal composite batten screen above the patio continues the material language of the pergola, reinforcing cohesion across the scheme.
