FAQ's

Common questions asked by our valued clients.

Do you offer garden design as well as construction?

Yes. Many of our projects are delivered as complete design and build packages, where we
work closely with the client to develop the layout, materials and overall vision for the garden.
We also regularly collaborate with respected garden designers, constructing gardens from
professionally developed designs and planting plans.

What areas do you cover?

We work across Surrey, Kent, West Sussex, South London and the surrounding areas,
including locations such as Woldingham, Caterham, Sevenoaks, Reigate, Esher and the
wider South East.

For larger garden design and build projects we are happy to travel further where appropriate.

What is the typical investment for a garden project?

Every garden is unique, but most of our projects typically fall within the following ranges:

● Small garden design and build projects: £25,000 – £80,000+
● Full garden design and build projects: £80,000 – £250,000+
● Premium patios and terraces: £10,000 – £60,000
● Driveways and front garden landscaping: £10,000 – £80,000
● Insulated Garden Room Builds: £30,000+

During the initial consultation we can discuss your ideas and help establish a realistic budget
for your project.

How long does a typical garden project take?

Project timescales vary depending on the scale and complexity of the work.
Smaller projects such as patios or driveways may take 2–4 weeks, while full garden
transformations can take several months.

Large multi-level gardens with structures and extensive landscaping may take 6–12 months
to complete.

Do you build garden rooms, outdoor kitchens and entertainment spaces?

Yes. Many of our recent projects include garden bars, outdoor kitchens, pergolas, spas,
fire pits and garden rooms.

These outdoor living spaces are increasingly popular as they allow the garden to become a
natural extension of the home for relaxing, entertaining and spending time with family and
friends.

When is the best time of year to start a garden project?

Garden construction can take place throughout most of the year.
Many clients begin planning their project during autumn or winter so construction can begin
in early spring, ensuring the garden is ready to enjoy during the warmer months.

How do I get started with a garden project?

The first step is simply to get in touch!

We will usually arrange an initial site visit to discuss your ideas, the layout of the garden and
the type of space you would like to create. From there we can advise on design, materials
and the next steps to bring your project to life.
